To deliver simply class client service to our Small Medium Enterprise clients by acting on, investigating and resolving transactional enquiries, complains, and other service-related issues.
• Responsible for serving as primary contact person for client, and internal stakeholder for investigation of client enquiries, complains, etc
• Deliver simply first class service and contribute to the team effort in achieving agreed service standards
• As a service partner, work together with RMs, sales, Operations and other key internal stakeholder to solve client issues, and deliver service excellence to the clients
• Build relationship with clients at the transaction/operation level
