Job Description

Maximum 40 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Psychology or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experiences in related field.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
Good skill in Excel and HRIS Payroll system.
Have an accurate data processing & analytical skill.
Able to work under pressure, good interpersonal and communication skill.
Broad understanding of PPH 21, Jamsostek and insurance policy.
Will be responsible for handle payroll. compensation and benefit includes preparing monthly employment (attendance & payroll) report, maintain personal administration, arrange payment of employee's salary and so on.
willing to be placed in Jakarta Pusat.
