Team Leader Support Audit
Job Description
Plan and execute audit engagement as stated in annual audit plans
Supervise the work of auditors to ensure that the audit objectives are achieved
Prepare audit documentation for more complex tasks
Recommend corrective actions for improvement
Prepare and discuss audit report with auditees
Follow up on timely execution of corrective action plan by respective auditees
Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
Work experience min. 4 years in banking operation or business (operations and support functions)
Having detailed knowledge and skill of Banking operational process, Legal and compliance risk, and operational risk & control
Proven analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills combined with the ability of good information gathering
Fluency in English both oral and written, including reporting
The position is for middle managerial level
